The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain Spa in Tucson is THAT girl.

This was hands down one of my favorite spa experiences I’ve ever had… and trust me, I don’t say that lightly.

Let’s start with the basics:
I booked a 50-minute deep tissue massage for $240, and honestly? For a 5-star resort, that price felt shockingly reasonable. Like… I was fully prepared to be offended, and instead I was pleasantly surprised.

But the real magic?
Everything else.

The VIEW.
I’m not even exaggerating when I say I walked outside and just stood there for a minute like… what in the luxury desert heaven is this?
The mountains, the stillness, the way everything feels calm and expansive… it’s the kind of view that makes you forget your phone exists.

Now let’s talk about the massage because WOW.

My therapist, Vanessa, was FABULOUS.
Like… I need her on retainer.

She understood the assignment immediately —
deep, intentional pressure that hurts just enough to feel productive but still leaves you floating. You know that sweet spot? Yeah… she lived there.

The only mistake I made?
Not booking 90 minutes.

It’s one of those places where you can tell…
they thought of everything.

Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt overlooked.
It was just pure, elevated relaxation from start to finish.

This is the kind of spa where you don’t just go for a treatment —
you go to reset your entire nervous system.
