I Went to a “Non-Luxury” Spa in Scottsdale… and Here’s What Happened

Alright my Knotty Krew… let’s talk about a spa day that was a little less bougie, but still very much worth it. 💆‍♀️✨

So while I was out in Phoenix, Arizona, I met up with my girl Judy and we decided to try out a spot called Squeeze. Now let me set expectations… this is not your Pelican Hill, robes and champagne type of vibe. But honestly? It still hit in all the right ways.

I’m giving it a solid 4 on my Knotty Meter 👏

What I really loved right off the bat was how easy everything was. You book and pay ahead of time, which means when your massage is over, you’re not being snapped back into reality digging for your wallet. You can just stay in that relaxed, “don’t talk to me” energy a little longer… and that alone is a win.

When you book, you get to customize everything. You pick your pressure, your preference for your massage therapist, and whether you want 50 or 80 minutes. Pricing was super reasonable too… $139 or $179 depending on the length. You can also upgrade with CBD oil for $25, which I love as an option.

But here’s where it gets fun… when you get there, you’re basically in control of your whole experience. You pick your own music, your aromatherapy scent, and once you’re on the table and ready, you literally press a button to let your massage therapist know to come in.

Like… they really thought of everything.

My massage therapist was Bailey, and she was amazing. She actually took the time to ask what I needed, and I told her straight up… I was on day two of a migraine and desperately kneaded my neck, shoulders, and temples worked on.

I booked a 50-minute deep tissue, and I’m going to be honest with you… I’m taking off half a Knotty point because it leaned more medium to firm than true deep tissue. Still felt great, just not quite that “hurt so good” level I personally love.

And I’m taking off another half Knotty point because there aren’t any extra amenities. No sauna, no red light, none of those little luxury add-ons that just take it to the next level.

But for the price? The convenience? The overall experience? It absolutely delivered.

I loved the variety of scents, the seamless process, and how relaxed I felt the entire time without any interruptions or awkward checkout moments.

And the biggest bonus… they have locations all over the country. So this isn’t just a one-time find, it’s a go-to.

Safe to say… I’ll definitely be back. 💆‍♀️✨
